Checks a line list CSV for duplicate line numbers, operating-vs-design pressure/temperature mismatches, ASME B16.5 class rating vs design pressure, corrosion-allowance presence on corrosive services, and required field completeness.

Corrosive-service keywords: amine, sour, caustic, acid, wet H2S, MEA, DEA, MDEA, HCl, H2S, CO2, seawater, brine. Minimum CA threshold: 1/16 in. Design-operating margin warning: < 25 psi (for design pressures < 1000 psig).
