Checks a line list CSV for duplicate line numbers, operating-vs-design pressure/temperature mismatches, ASME B16.5 class rating vs design pressure, corrosion-allowance presence on corrosive services, and required field completeness.
Method: ASME B16.5 class rating at ambient, Group 1.1 carbon steel: Class 150 → 285 psig, 300 → 740, 600 → 1480, 900 → 2220, 1500 → 3705, 2500 → 6170. Corrosive-service keywords: amine, sour, caustic, acid, wet H2S, MEA, DEA, MDEA, HCl, H2S, CO2, seawater, brine. Minimum CA threshold: 1/16 in. Design-operating margin warning: < 25 psi (for design pressures < 1000 psig).
