eFuel Carbon Intensity Batch

Batch well-to-wake carbon-intensity (CI) calculator for electrofuel pathways. Computes gCO2e/MJ per case from H2, CO2, electricity, NG, and other inputs and flags pass/fail vs CA LCFS, EU RED III SAF, and US IRA 40B thresholds. Required columns: case, fuel_type, h2_kg_per_MJ, h2_ci_gco2_MJ, co2_kg_per_MJ, co2_ci_gco2_kg, elec_kwh_per_MJ, elec_ci_gco2_kwh, ng_mj_per_MJ, ng_ci_gco2_mj, other_ci_gco2_MJ, notes.

Method: per-stream contribution = quantity × CI factor. H2 contribution uses kg H2/MJ × 120 MJ/kg (LHV) × gCO2e/MJ H2. Total CI = H2 + CO2 + Elec + NG + Other. LCFS credit = benchmark - total CI. EU RED III SAF threshold = 30% × jet_eu (94 gCO2e/MJ) baseline. US IRA 40B threshold = 50% × jet (89 gCO2e/MJ) baseline.
