O CHECK: INDICATES THE SHOP INSPECTOR SHALL WITNESS ITEMS DURING FABRICATION SHOP SHALL NOTIFY INSPECTOR 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF FABRICATION POINT BUT NEED NOT HOLD PRODUCTION FOR INSPECTION.
