Crude Cut Yield (TBP-based)

Linear-interpolation cuts from a crude True Boiling Point (TBP) curve. Enter your TBP points and refinery cut temperatures; the tool returns cumulative LVOL% at each cut, cut LVOL%, and BBL/day at a specified crude charge. Default TBP points are representative of a typical 32° API sweet crude.

Method: linear interpolation on the TBP curve (API Tech Data Book Ch.3). Piecewise-linear is standard for refinery cut-yield screening; for detailed design use a full TBP→pseudo-component cut and rigorous simulation (Aspen HYSYS / PRO-II).
